All homeware items are made to order especially for you. Sophie does not hold stock of these items, helping to reduce waste and create more thoughtfully.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery within the UK.

International delivery is available. Please allow 3 weeks for this. 

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your new Sennen Lampshade. As each piece is made to order especially for you, we encourage you to check your chosen size and fitting carefully before ordering.

If you change your mind, please contact Sophie within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sophiebagnallart.com and we will be delighted to help.
