Hidden Sanctuary is inspired by the hidden beauty of the Burren's forest. When hiking the Burren we stumbled on a place where other walkers had found refuge, donated memories and drank from the holy well. There was a real magic in its seclusion and an amazing energy to the area that I wanted to capture. A look at this painting can take you to your own private haven, a refuge where you can pause and relax.
